Create your group
Create one private group with your existing bot.

- Tap New Message (the pencil) in the top-right corner.

Telegram opens the member search screen.
- Tap Search and type the bot's exact @username.
The matching bot appears.

Turn on Topics and add Ideas
Topics are smaller chats inside your group. Create one called Ideas.
- Tap the group photo or name at the top.

- Tap Edit.

- Tap Topics.
The Topics setting opens.
- Turn on Enable Topics.
Telegram shows the topic view choice, if your version asks for one.
- Choose List when Telegram asks how to show topics.
The group returns to a list of topics.
- Open the topic menu and tap New Topic.

Ideas - Tap Create.

- Tap Back once to return to the topic list.
General and Ideas are both listed.
- Tap the group name at the top.

Give your bot group access
Administrator access lets the bot receive your group messages.
- Tap the group photo or name.

- Tap Edit.

- Tap Administrators.
The administrator list opens.
- Tap Add Admin.

- Select the correct bot @username.

The bot can receive group messages.
- Leave extra rights off.
Keep Change Group Info, Delete Messages and Ban Users off. Keep Invite Users via Link and Pin Messages off. Keep Manage Video Chats, Remain Anonymous and Add New Admins off.
- Tap Add Bot as Admin.
The next control appears.
- Tap Done.
The bot appears in the administrator list.
- Tap the group name.

- Tap the pencil.
